Yerbolat has more than 25 years of experience in the investment field. He took part in the organization of a large number of bond issues, public offering of shares, mergers and acquisitions. Worked in key positions at IFD Resmi, Red Stone Capital, Private Asset Management.He graduated from the Kazakh State University with a degree in applied mathematics, the Higher School of Law “Adilet” with a degree in jurisprudence.Awarded with the Public Order “Honored Financier” of the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan.
He began his career in the securities market in 2002.He has extensive practical experience in settlement, trading, analytical, investment divisions of various financial institutions. He was a member of the executive bodies and Boards of Directors of these companies. At various times he worked in banks, pension asset management companies, brokerage companies, as well as investment asset management companies.He has a bachelor’s degree in international economics from Al-Farabi KNU, and an MBA from Almaty Management University.
She has a multi-year work experience in auditing, insurance and investment spheres. She held key positions in SC BTA Bank «BTA Insurance» JSC, IC «Alliance Polis» JSC, IC «Kompetenz» JSC, Private Asset Management JSC.
She graduated from Kazakh State Academy of Management majoring in mechanized processing of economic information; she has a Master’s degree of business administration of the International Business-School under T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University; she is a certified professional accountant, member of the Professional Organization of Accountants «FIRST»; she has a CAP ICCAA certificate (International Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors).
She was awarded with the medal of the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan for the contribution into development of the financial sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds the position of Director of the Asset Management Department, manages the investment portfolios of corporate and individual investors. Prior to joining UD Capital JSC, he worked in various positions in investment companies, where he was responsible for analytics, wealth management, asset management, and international trading. Damir worked for such companies as Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Kazkommerts Securities JSC, Asyl-Invest JSC, BTA Bank JSC, BDO Kazakhstanaudit LLP.He was awarded the medal of the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan for his contribution to the development of the financial sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds the position of Director of the Corporate Finance Department, is engaged in the development of investment banking, including advising Clients on the issuance and placement of securities.Vladimir has over 18 years of experience in the financial market. He has extensive experience in underwriting and including securities in the official list of the organizer of trading of issuers in various sectors of the economy, including banks, insurance organizations, subsoil use, industry, construction and others.He was awarded the medal of the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan for his contribution to the development of the financial sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
